High-end villas are mainly located in the suburban area of Beijing, such as the north-east part of the Chaoyang District, and Shunyi District.
There are around 100 villa developments in Beijing, which includes the town house, as well as the semi-detached villas with different types of architecture design that often incorporates North American style, Australian style, Japanese style, Mediterranean style, Spanish style, and Chinese style. Villa sizes typically range from 180㎡- 700㎡. Most of the villas have their own clubhouses (complete with gyms and pools), mini-markets, post offices, and even golf courses. Management offices on-site also provide a wide variety of services, such as 24-hour security service, gardening, housekeeping, maintenance, and shuttle bus service to the downtown.
Depending on the building quality, clubhouse facilities, management service, size and location of the villas, renting a villa can cost from USD2, 000 – USD15, 000.
